For initial registration, please use the access data that you can find in the waste fee notice from February of the respective year or the initial notice.

- Issue/change Sepa direct debit mandate
- View customer account
- Change address data (incl. e-mail address)
- View emptying data for your residual, paper and organic waste bins
- Select the delivery method for your fee notice – NEW: With email notification for downloading in the online customer portal
After 10 failed login attempts, access is blocked for one hour.
